Text Box: As you know, on September 19, we will be conducting our Life Group Banquet for all teachers, leaders and their spouses. There is a theme this year and it’s western. So everyone get out your cowboy boots and hats, dust them off and get ready to ride. It’s our opportunity to say to you thank you for giving. The banquet will begin at 6:00 p.m. and dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. Our guest speaker for the night will be Florida Baptist Convention’s own, Lewis Miller. You will really enjoy, and be inspired by Lewis. He Text Box: is one of the most sought after speakers and trainer in the convention. There will be no training conference for Saturday, August 20. Instead, we will be attending the Ridge Association Sunday School Conference on August 1, 2008 at First Baptist Church Winter Haven. This training will be for all teachers, leaders, and Life Group administrative staff. There will be a continental breakfast served at 8:30 a.m. and training will begin at 9:00 a.m. Please mark your calendars Text Box: for these two great events. Many of you have mentioned what a great time you had at last year’s. I believe that this event will be even better than the last.
